TCK delivers freshly prepared produce, seven days a week, 24 hours a day and has built a reputation for fresh food, innovation and a personal approach. We are committed to producing top quality produce, whilst remaining competitive in price and flexible in nature.

In the 1990’s TCK opened a new purpose-built factory in Hayes, London, where we operate from today. With enormous success over the years, the company remains a family run business with the same core values and principles it was created with.

Product Range

With over 35 years’ experience in the fruit and vegetable industry, we have developed close relationships with our customers, suppliers and growers to provide a product that is not only cost effective but also of superior quality. Our team frequently travels across the globe to ensure that the quality and freshness of all produce is of the highest class.

Our client base is extremely diverse, including soup kitchens, food distributors as well as high-end middle of plate customers. Our production team take immense pride in what they do, going above and beyond where possible, and enjoy meeting the challenges of our varied client base.

We recognise the unique demands of the fresh produce sector; accordingly, we combine highly skilled, trained production staff alongside state of the art machinery to achieve desired results. Our products are made as per your requirements, creating bespoke and specialty items is one of our core strengths.

Our History

FROM LOCAL TO NATIONAL

Whilst working as a greengrocer in St Johns Wood in the late 1970’s, Sukhminder Toor, director and founder of TCK, was inspired by the fresh produce market and saw an opportunity to sell prepared items. He bought a sole potato peeler with his limited savings and rented a small unit in New Covent Garden Market, and so the company TCK began.

As the business grew, the single unit in the market turned into four. The company flourished and took the approach that no request was too large or too difficult, even opening 24 hrs with daily deliveries. With the introduction of new machinery and numerous staff, there simply was not enough room to produce to the growing demand.

In the 1990’s TCK opened a new purpose-built factory in Hayes, London, where we operate from today. With enormous success over the years, the company remains a family run business with the same core values and principles it was created with.

Distribution

FRESH PRODUCE DELIVERED 7 DAYS A WEEK

With a dedicated fleet of vehicles, we can offer multiple, nationwide deliveries. We provide a timely and efficient service with our onboard GPS tracking systems, which can locate our vans anywhere in the UK. Operating from a prime location near Heathrow, TCK can deliver to almost anywhere in the vicinity.

At TCK we fully understand our role in the supply chain and the importance of an on-time delivery, so our devoted transport team make it their number one priority to make sure this is achieved.

Drivers at TCK come with vast experience and knowledge and take great responsibility in completing the service we aim to provide.

Quality

Our dedication to providing healthy, fresh cut produce to our customers is of utmost importance. We have an experienced technical team and quality assurance staff to ensure our procedures follow the rigorous standards required for food production. From procurement to storage to distribution, our team work hard to maintain a high standard of quality and hygiene.

The Quality management system adopted by our team involves stringent monitoring, auditing and documentation of raw product, processing, and finished product in our purpose-built factory. TCK always has a dedicated maintenance team, strict temperature control measures and allergen controls in place.
